Amazing colleagues, great mission and clients.

Cons

Narcissistic CEO. Low quality, inexperienced leadership team who are all Yes people and none of whom dare have an opinion that's different from the CEO. Total lack of integrity between stated values and how sr. leaders operate. They are all just holding on to try to make some equity.

Turnover Leadership blind spots and disrespect Salary not keeping up I heard recently that our Associates who leave from certain levels of management are not allowed to leave negative reviews here. I wonder what they would say.
