      Competitive salary and benefits packages

      Cons

      There is very little appreciation for the workload that employees manage. The number of evenings and weekends spent working make the salary and vacation packages much less appealing. Support during Covid was almost nonexistent.

      Toxic culture

      Pros

      Very few in last few years. Some good additions of industry experts, but they soon become as disenfranchised as everyone else.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Disrespect starts at the top, with the CEO. For a company focused on patient and workforce experience, there is no evidence that leadership buys into what the company preaches. The company doesn’t know what it wants to be. There’s talk about being agile and responsive but the structures in place make it clear that cannot happen under this leader.
