Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us that our associates can effectively balance their professional and personal lives. Additionally, we provide many resources and training focused on career development. We are currently piloting a new career development program to continue to improve how we support our associates. We are proud to be able to offer annual increases to our associates to recognize performance and achievement of objectives. We look at a number of factors when determining these numbers, including performance reviews. As an organization, we greatly value transparency among our associates. Our HR business partners and management are always open to feedback and we encourage any associate who is experiencing challenges in the workplace to share them with their supervisor and HR.

Pros

The company is Mission Driven, focused on working with our clients to transform the way care is delivered to patients and families and supporting care givers. The company is constantly innovating, challenging us all to be disruptive and ensure we are leading the industry. The company supports it’s associates, numerous people who have had personal issues are quietly supporter, we support multiple charities including giving a day of service to all our communities and recently deidicated two Nicu rooms to our local hospital. The company has absorbed health benefit increases for 6 years.... merit increses have taken place for the last 6 years, the company pays close attention to non-executive positions and appreciates the value of these decision to their associate. Transparency- you can email the CEO and he’ll respond. Investment- are IT budget and spending on our team has tripled in recent years Many promotions from within...company manages a tight budget and has never had a layoff in my many years

Cons

It’s fast paced if you dont like change and to be challenged this place isnt for you. It’s a demanding work enviroment and the rate of change in healthcare is dynamic...it’s a cycle of innovation and self disruption, can be fun can be daunting! Company manages a tight budget, I’d always like more!

Pros

The mission of the company is earnest and the people who work for PG are truly in the business of wanting to help clients improve the care they provide to patients. Senior leadership has been stable for a few years now and has clearly articulated its vision for the company. Depending on the position, there's a distinct possibility of working mostly or partly from home.

Cons

The pay and benefits are probably just average. In the healthcare space there is a tremendous amount of change, and that can take its toll if you're the type that likes predictability and stability in your job. Also, career development, while better than it was a few years ago, is still a weakness.
