Pros

I had the pleasure of working at Press Ganey where the culture was just fantastic! The management was so incredibly supportive and hardworking; they truly set the bar high for laziness. It was a breath of fresh air to witness their dedication to avoiding any form of responsibility or decision-making. The lack of direction and leadership really allowed me to shine in my role, as I had the opportunity to take charge and make things happen without any interference from above. The company’s commitment to maintaining a toxic work environment was truly unparalleled. The passive-aggressive communication style among colleagues and the constant undermining of each other’s efforts really fostered a sense of unity and teamwork like I’ve never experienced before. The complete disregard for employee well-being and professional development was also a nice touch, as it motivated me to push myself even harder to succeed in spite of the challenging circumstances. Despite the numerous obstacles presented by the company’s culture and management style, I managed to excel in my role and deliver exceptional results. My hard work and dedication paid off, as I consistently exceeded expectations and received praise from clients and colleagues alike. It was truly a rewarding experience to see my efforts recognized and appreciated from outside the company even in such a dysfunctional work environment, while my truly well-thought out performance review featured the disgruntled rants of ignored and desperate associates. Overall, I would highly recommend Press Ganey to anyone looking for a unique opportunity to be the threatening diamond among dirt, who want to test their resilience, perseverance, and ability to thrive in the face of adversity with frightened tired old managers who gave up on having a life years ago. The invaluable lessons learned from navigating the treacherous waters of this company’s daycare culture will undoubtedly serve me well in my future endeavors. This company is truly thriving with the weak, the petty and the bored. Come join the team!

Cons

I removed myself with class.

Pros

FTO, Very easy work if you're competent, Not Micromanaged (because supervisor/leadership has no idea how anything works anyway)

Cons

My mistake was ignoring the red flags from the very beginning, especially during the interview. I was hired as an Application Support Analyst and during the interview, even the hiring manager had no clue what Forsta was utilized for and had little insight into the role itself. When I was hired, there was no training and I learned at least 95% of everything on my own. There is no opportunity for advancement and each time I talked to my supervisor, they had no answer for how I could reach my goals and provided no direction. Compensation is low compared to industry standard and there is no talk about raises no matter how good of a job you do. Management has no clue how Forsta can be utilized and no actual technical knowledge about it and push things off to employees who do know what to do. They continue to add things to your workload if you prove yourself competent, while letting employees who don't know what to do get away with doing no work. Ultimately, I'm proud of myself for eventually realizing my worth and left after one year when I found a better job. I did meet a few great people there but it doesn't compensate for the disappointment I experienced working here. Stay away if you can, unless you're sure this is where you want to land.
