Pros

Great people - everyone is so nice and willing to help Employee discount and travel perks

Cons

The forced return to office doesn’t feel fair, especially when a lot of team members and leadership get to work remotely. Our support, systems and processes are awful. It causes us to lose credibility with our hotel partners and frankly it’s so embarrassing to have to explain so many issues and failures. Most middle level managers are great, but they can’t support as well as they should be able to because they are stretched too thin. The workload is too much. I consistently have to work more than 40 hours a week to get everything done. We are consistently assigned so many responsibilities outside of our core tasks that we just don’t have time to do our job.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments about our team and the perks we offer. We understand that the transition back to the office can be challenging for some, and we supported our employees as best we could during the transition. The decision to implement a hybrid working model has resulted in improved collaboration and communication, and has provided more networking and development opportunities for our employees. We hope you’ve experienced similar benefits during the recent months. We want to ensure our employees have the tools and resources they need to be successful. We encourage employees to share their ideas on ways we can improve the efficiency of our systems and tools. Improving these areas is a top priority for us as we understand the impact they have on our relationships with hotel partners and our overall credibility. Thank you once again for your feedback and for being a valued member of our team.

Pros

I have the honor of working with great talent. Very nice people and good managers

Cons

They all left. That tells you something...from to to the bottom. I don’t know what it will take for leadership to realize we are at a point of not being able to retain any valuable talent... in most of the teams that I work with. It’s sad.

This is difficult to read, and to offer a substantive response - it is not clear to whom you are referring to with your comments about leadership and recognition. We are proud of our culture, and for having a workplace that is very low on toxicity. We are also particularly proud of the employees we have - their talent, their efforts and their results. Not every company will be right for every employee. Good luck in your next position, and thank you for your time here.

Pros

The agile transformation is useful for my next job.

Cons

priceline IT is becoming toxic. Especially the "calibration" review process: it allows mangers to play favorite and use non-goal issues to down grade employees. In addition, each group is required to have a set number of 3, 2, 1 rated individuals, regardless of their performance.
