Pros
Initially the team and leadership were great. I was excited to come to work everyday and work with individuals who wanted to change healthcare and make it better. I learned a lot from my mentors, but that was not long lasting. The company decided to get rid of great talent and move up in-experienced individuals to lead a team that they had no idea how to lead. Pros are the some of the benefits, but the pros end there - free health insurance, free dental and vision, and matching of retirement. Not much more to add to the Pros. If the leaders and team that started the company / medical group was still there, this place would have been my top place to work.
Cons
Where to start.... low pay and they take advantage of people with great talent. They do not care about the best interest or growth of their employees. Hours are long and work continues outside of the office. The doctors and offices that are part of the medical group are not always the friendliest, but who can blame them since they are being sold lies and are getting caught in a trap that will ultimately make them lose money at the end of the day. Culture...there is absolutely no culture. There is no work-life-balance at all. Overall, not a healthy place to work. Bottom line, they do not care about their employees and are only looking out for themselves and the business. I would not recommend this place as a top choice to work. Getting the "Best Places to Work" is a total lie and should not fool anyone in accepting an offer.
