Privia is a great place to work! You get to work with brilliant and motivated people who truly passionate about changing healthcare. It is a fast paced environment which rewards hard work. Department heads and the Talent team do a great job at planning regular happy hours, outings, and office lunches to create an inclusive culture. There are also other great benefits like free health insurance, smartTrip benefits, and discounted gym and cell phone plans.
Cons
The recent growth here has impacted the closeness of all departments. Most teams now operate independently, which prevents some information from passing throughout the company. Because the organization is so new, there is not currently any increase to the benefit package for length of employment (for example, no matter how long you are at the company the time-off is the same). One thing that is not necessarily a con, is that you can mold your own career path. There is not necessarily a set path from one role to the next,
