Pros
The best part about working in Proarch is the flexible timings. Mostly the work load will be average.
Cons
No or negligible growth opportunities. Not much to learn here. Too much politics. Teams need to be seriously reorganized keeping in mind the skills of everyone. People are friendly as long as you are not in their team, if you are in their team they will start treating you as a competition and won't support or help you. No recognition of talent, favoritism is the main drawback of all senior managers or team leads. No cooperation between the team mates as all of them wants to be team leads without having any skill of leading a team. Some people have serious inferiority complex.
