      Flexible timings, pay on time, family environment, good place to work and learn, work from home option, professional growth. Recognizes talented people, maintains good relation with employees.

      Pros

      As its a small product base company one will have opportunity to work on development projects and build their knowledge on various technologies.

      Cons

      Don't expect much from this company. It won't pay salary for fresher's upto 3-6 months after that they will give very less pay than security guards in India. Poor management. Poor infrastructure. High Work pressure.
