      Great environment for learning SOC operations and cybersecurity fundamentals. The team culture is supportive, and managers genuinely encourage skill development. Exposure to leading EDR, SIEM, and cloud tools like Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and Azure Security solutions. Flexible work environment with approachable leadership.

      Cons

      Limited scope for rapid salary growth. Some internal processes can be streamlined for faster incident handling and approvals.

      1. Flat structure - can work in your favor as well, If your boss is not happy then u may get terminated 2. Personal Bias 3. Product Management leader lacks expertise as PM, Engineering background 4. Projects are not consistent, if ur on bench start looking immediately
