Pros

Great Culture/Coworkers: The team is very collaborative and supportive. It feels like a tight-knit group, and I enjoyed working with my colleagues on a daily basis. Solid Benefits: Competitive health insurance, a good 401(k) match, and decent PTO. Flexible Environment: Management is generally understanding regarding work-life balance and remote work flexibility.

Cons

Limited Growth: It is very difficult to get promoted or receive significant salary adjustments. You may need to leave to advance your career. Slow Processes/Bureaucracy: Decision-making is often slow, and outdated technology/processes can make daily tasks more tedious than they should be. Heavy Workload: While the atmosphere is good, the workload can be high during peak seasons, leading to burnout.

Pros

Strong support from leadership. Great office culture. Extensive training.

Cons

Workload gets progressively (no pun intended) heavier after initial training period and can be daunting/overwhelming. A good number of people were burning out from the workload piling up.

Downward Roller Coaster

Pros

Majority of coworkers are genuinely nice and welcoming.

Cons

Workload is unmanageable for an actual work-life balance. Lots of double standards when asked to focus on constantly changing processes yet keep up while being bombarded with non-stop new claims and never a light at the end of the tunnel. No peace of mind with PTO because everyone else is also super swamped so you will return to a giant mess of backed up and delayed claims. Lots of micromanaging that trickles all the way from the top down. The profit sharing is decent but when you account for all the extra hours you have to put in each week to try to keep up with the workload, you would be better off not having to work the extra hours and not get the profit sharing, or get paid overtime.

Pros

Good benfits, accrue PTO from day 1

Cons

The workload is abusive, and the supervisors even more so. Get used to always being wrong and to never hear an encouraging word. Done 99 things perfectly? All you'll hear about is the one that went wrong.
