Great perks great co workers management staff is personable and has an open door policy. I am treated as a person and not a number, my concerns are not ignored, they are listened to. Monthly bonus opportunities.

Cons

No complaints about Progressive Leasing, I love working here. My only suggestion would be a regular cost of living increase in wages.
