Pros

The people I directly worked with, the relaxed dress code, supportive small team within my department. There is a great market opportunity for this technology. The sales group is creative and thinks about new markets and deals.

Cons

The not relaxed executive team, certain department leaders who throw whiny, childlike temper tantrums in ALMOST ALL meetings. The unrealistic expectations for the technology group.

Culture was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, and communication was very open. Work was easy to pick up, but challenging enough to keep things interesting and learn new things.

Cons

Organization was a bit of a mess. Old systems in dire need of improvement were often ignored in favor of pushing new technology, often built on unstable foundations.

Up until this last year, it was a great culture with good things happening in almost every sector. Development was turning many things around.

Cons

The business doesn’t know what they’re doing. They make decisions that make no sense. They let good people performing well go because they were restructuring (again) and people who had served the company faithfully for years were unceremoniously kicked to the curb. The executives are ruthless.
