Pros
Good pay, good bonuses, if you are just here for the money and can put up with lots and lots of BS, then this is the place to work till retirement. Very nice headquarter office, although some cubicles are placed next to the exit stairs where the noise could be unbearable sometimes. Management are flexible with hours worked, as long as work get done. Great medical plan, they pay 100% for employees. For someone who just started their careers, put up with their BS and you'll learn more in a year than anywhere else you could ever been.
Cons
Lots of politics - almost all people (not only management, but including staffs) are very aggressive, no team work or family feel atmosphere here at all. Everyone tries to outshine one another. Lots of conflicts and frustrations due to crazy workload. The company structure is outdated. The system is completely decentralized, every single operating unit run their own business, which makes it super challenging for compliance control, communication with the units sometimes could be tough since they will ignore most of the time. Hence work never ever gets done like scheduled. Benefits aren't competitive. Had to wait a year to enroll in 401(k) and to receive matching. Waiting period for benefits is 60 days, but if you start in the beginning of the month, you have to wait till the first day of the month, so it could be as long as 90 days.
