First of all, thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. It’s essential, and it’s how we grow as an organization. To address your point on pricing, we are proud that Quorum is a client-driven organization, which is reflected in how we price. We are committed to understanding how our model does or does not fit within our clients’ budgets and are willing to explore creative cost options with each of those clients, including our non-profit partners. It is also important to note our pricing is inclusive of our unlimited, best-in-class customer success. So, while we are a premium tool, the cost of Quorum won’t change throughout the year, regardless of our clients’ support needs. To your second point concerning engagement and perks, I’m sorry to read they didn’t feel genuine. This was not our intention. As a company with a strong emphasis on relationships, conducting check-ins, coffee chats, donuts, etc., are our attempts to continue building a strong company culture even in virtual settings.
