Pros

Quorum's leadership; recruitment; attention to internal processes; meaningful focus on diversity, equity and inclusion; BDR and top-of-funnel operations; employee perks; culture; and aesthetic are top-notch

Cons

Unless you've been with the team for quite a while or get the largest corporate accounts, you probably won't make much money on the new logo sales side. Rather than address head-on the glaring problem of their exorbitant pricing, leadership prefers to patronize their adult staff by focusing relentlessly and needlessly on reforming and refining sales practices processes, to little avail. Given that all jobs are basically nothing but managing expectations upward while jumping through proverbial hoops to cling to one's (low base) salary and employer-based health care, I don't mean to suggest this problem is unique to this company. Nevertheless, constantly reiterating to one's sales manager that nonprofits couldn't spare one-tenth of Quorum's fee even if the product cured cancer got quite tiring quite quickly. They pay severance when they fire you, though, which was better than my last employer who tried to walk me out the door the day I suggested I was considering this ill-advised jump to Quorum.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. It’s essential, and it’s how we grow as an organization. To address your point on pricing, we are proud that Quorum is a client-driven organization, which is reflected in how we price. We are committed to understanding how our model does or does not fit within our clients’ budgets and are willing to explore creative cost options with each of those clients, including our non-profit partners. It is also important to note our pricing is inclusive of our unlimited, best-in-class customer success. So, while we are a premium tool, the cost of Quorum won’t change throughout the year, regardless of our clients’ support needs. To your second point concerning engagement and perks, I’m sorry to read they didn’t feel genuine. This was not our intention. As a company with a strong emphasis on relationships, conducting check-ins, coffee chats, donuts, etc., are our attempts to continue building a strong company culture even in virtual settings. If you are open to forwarding better alternatives, I am all ears and welcome any other feedback you believe is valuable for our team to hear. nahiely@quorum.us Director of People

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I, too, am excited about our "great new office" by One Thomas Circle! We strive to create a developmental environment where all individuals can grow. And I'm delighted to hear that your experiences were supportive and encouraging. In late February, we announced our 2021 Compensation at Quorum as part of our commitment to pay transparency. This internal guide outlines our compensation structures for all non-executive roles. If you haven't yet, I encourage you to read through the document available on our company's intranet as it outlines the earning potential for all of our roles. Nahiely Gomez Director of People
