Thank you for taking the time to outline some of the pros/cons that you experienced at Quorum. I'm glad that you believe we have a "strong product" as we're always working to provide our customers with the best product offerings on the market. And, it's wonderful to hear that you experienced our community as "inclusive and fun." I appreciate the advice that you offered, in particular, in regards to maintaining our culture and commitment to our values as we work with an outside investor for the first time. This is so critical. As you may or may not be aware, one of our major initiatives this year is to invest in efforts to keep our culture strong as we grow and move work environments (e.g., post-pandemic office re-entry, expanding our global presences, creating limited permanent remote work options above and beyond standard flex-time, etc.).
