Pros

I like the people I work with because we share the common ground, we are like a big family

Cons

I've been working since I was 14, by far Radnet is the worst and the cheapest company i have ever worked for. The pay and benefits are horrible, management doesn't give you a shred of respect, their #1 goal is how to maximize their endless income, their employees and patient care always come last. No raise or bonuses since they took over. Trying to monopolize the outpatient imaging industry by forcing small and independent imaging facilities to close their doors by running them out of business. Radnet is bad for America and its economy, I hope they go down hard and stay down for all the wrong they do, I rather collect unemployment than work my tail off to make these vampires richer everyday.

Pros

The co-workers are amazing and hanging in there with this company for some reason but I got out.

Cons

Bad management and low moral....wage freeze but constant company expansion? Old equipment and only care about numbers. They have no idea what the care in Healthcare stands for. Supervisors....what a joke. IT? What IT? Very old systems and lack of repair response for even the smallest of problems. HR? Their attitude is don't call us EVER. They have a reputation for using employees in various positions but only calling them Patient Service Coordinators. The site I worked at had a slim staff and everyone was over worked for very minimum wages. BADNET better wake up because as soon as the economy gets better and there are more choices out there for jobs they are going to be the last place anyone should want to work.
