Pros

The employees are like family, we take care of each other when it comes down to it. Definitely gain lots of experience.

Cons

Ever since Radnet took over it's been down hill!!! I've already faced the reality, that we're not getting another raise EVER, so far its been FOUR years. We were given excuses for the first two years, but nothing was said after that. They don't even have the decency to tell us, they have absolutely no respect for us.

Pros

The employees are truly caring people.

Cons

No raises going on three years, but everygrowing expansion into millions of dollars, including software companies and imaging centers.. Corporate got bonuses, but employees got squat. Management constantly sending out memos regarding RadNETs future, expansions, acquisitions, how well all is going, but they can't understand the low moral (no raises for three years)? They recently sent out a "breast link" so employees could directly donate to THEIR breast research. Why would they assume employees can even afford this, without a cost-of-living increase in three years? Insensitive. For the size of the company, benefits are terrible. No promotions, its all who you know. Constant memos and changes in company policy. Transcription Dept run differently regarding leave, making up time, etc. Its like being a second rate citizen. Old quipment (10 years old). Vacation done by lottery. No "job well done", no "thank you", but make a mistake and you will know about it.
