Pros

Gained knowledge of the field.

Cons

Management does not value the work their employees do for them. No reviews or raises. Nepotism and who you know plays such a large part in your advancement within the company. Large workloads and not being properly compensated. It was always about the numbers and not necessarily always about patient care.

Pros

Very busy work! Offers variety of work on daily basis...Large Company

Cons

Horrible management, Very poor communication, No evaluation or raises, Too many memmo's, No inner office email (which would solve sooooo much of there money)issues/communication issues) Poor workflow, Needs to focus on the offices they have instead of branching off and offering thier employee's no compensation for their hard work....not even and evaluation to say that you are doing a good/poor job or a thank you. Very poor place to work for. Over book patients and make them wait for hours...only to have the patients reschedule for a different day and wait for another two hours. Health Care workers went into healthcare because they CARE about thier patients. This company is ALL ABOUT NUMBERS NOT PATIENT CARE! Management doesn't require management degree's....these people DONT know what they are doing!
