Cons
Stagnant payroll regardless of responsibilities and work ethic. No retirement contribution. Expensive health insurance. HR is a joke. Large bonus or raises given to the big wigs of the company like the CEO confirmed by 1199 union but not to the employees who work hard and bring back patients. Radnet is so bad, New City of NY actually has a union. Protocols for CT or MRI are questionable to attain diagnostic quality especially for patients who are critically ill. Certain MDs are questionable and are lucky that they will never be punished for questioned ethics and malpractice caught early by technologists to rectify their mistakes. Unfortunately, the doctors bully them as a revenge. The saddest part none of these are exaggerated. You are only a number and eventually, you will stop caring for patients especially if you are full time.
