Pros

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Management definitely has an open door policy and I never felt like I couldn't approach them with questions if I needed anything. This office does a great job boosting team morale and making office life enjoyable. I was only with this company for a short time and was sad to leave! They really treat everyone like family here.

Cons

Management will give you all the tools you need to be successful, but you have to be willing to ask for help frequently. This job requires a go-getter. Someone who is self-sufficient, a good problem solver, and a strategic thinker. I did not see this as a con, but some people may not thrive in an office position like this if they are not able to hold themselves accountable.

Pros

They have full benefits including medical/dental/vision/PTO. The paychecks arrive on time.

Cons

Radnet grossly underpays employees. They show no respect for employees or patients. They expect their radiologic technologists to fix all mistakes involving the patient including scheduling, insurance designation, patient profile information, and obtaining appropriate requisitions, obtaining prior studies etc. They expect mammo techs to pressure sell DBT to patients whether they would benefit from it or not. They are all about numbers and money. They have not given any form of a raise in 9 years. Morale is extremely low and the work environment is toxic. They do not care about the patient's health... only getting more money.Advancement in responsibility is dependent on brown nosing; not experience or skill.

Pros

There are none. Overall rating should be zero! Did connect with a few good, value based co-workers!

Cons

NO RAISES! High cost health care, NO 401K match! Management considers a pizza your motivation to stay and consider that is your raise! All those ratings listed below should be zero also.
