      The organization has a great mission and does good work to help students improve their literacy.

      Cons

      The people that worked there weren't supportive or warm. I also felt that they weren't concerned with my development as an employee or person but just wanted to get as much as they could out of me during my service.

      Pros

      The people and the work keep it a low-stress environment. Good benefits and fun if you like to work with children. Very scripted making the job a little easier.

      Cons

      Low-pay- it truly is a living stipend if that. You have to make your hours and stretch them if you want to reach the hours you'll need for the education award. P.s. if you don't need to pay off loans or desire to advance your education in the near future, this job doesn't have much incentive beyond internal rewards.
