      - Supervisor was helpful, hands-on, and kind. - Students were enthusiastic and adorable! As long as you are positive, they will have a positive experience.

      Cons

      - There's a slight disconnect between the teacher's classroom and the student's external study plan.

      - very high turnover, leading to low morale - culture of distrust and gossip - poor leadership - no opportunities for advancement - top-heavy expenses (many execs, not enough worker bees) - amateur managers - systems, infrastructure, and training are lacking - overworked, stressed development team - lack of mentorship/learning opportunities
