      Employees who really care about you are used and abused. Dear patients and patients family members I want to extend my deepest heartfelt apologies to any of you who may have been cared for a staff member that might have seemed a bit impatient, irritated or unfriendly. Please forgive us, we really do care about you but the company we work for cares about making money,you are a number to them and so are we. They want you in and out and to fill out a survey and pay your bill. The staff interact directly with you and care for you during you hospitalization are some great people who are given way too many patient then anyone person should ever care for, they work hard and go totally unappreciated. They push themselves so hard to take on this crazy workload only to have the management tell them you don't do enough or your job is too easy for you. We really care about our patients and go unrecognized by our nonpresent leadership that looks at the bottom line and the survey scores. Renown is not a good company to work for, and if I ever express these opions to any leadership their mentality is If you don't like it then you know where the door is, they don't care. ire them, burn them out, and replace them.

      Unorganized, chaotic, complete mess...sound like a good place to work?

      Where do I start, this company is a complete mess created by leadership with huge egos and very little ability. Sad, I think ghe CEO may be genuine in his desire to turn Renown into a good company but he had no idea what a mess he was walking into. Myself as well as many other RNs are actively seeking employment elsewhere, tired of working so hard just to be treated like trash by inexperienced leadership of all levels. Survey scores meanmore to this company than people who work hard everday. Do like everyone else get your exoerience here and move on, this is no place to make a career.

      Abused employees form bonds to help eachother make it through each painful shift

      Unrealistic workload, totally unappreciated, ingnorant abusive management. This is no place to make a career, if you still decide to work here just doot to make money while you look for another job, do not make any investments or buy anything new, that will not be wise being that we work in a very unstable environment and can be termiated easily if we upset our leadership. HR will always back the managers no matter who is in the wrong, I feel de-humanized by this company, and regret joining, I would advise against excepting employment with Renown. They will make it sound like an awesome company to work for, but once your in you will see just how rotten to the core this company really is.
