      Pros

      My favorite part about working here is the people. This company has such an amazing culture and are so supportive in helping you to be successful. They are very big on collaboration within teams and across departments. I look forward to coming in and seeing everyone in office and enjoy the hybrid schedule. I've learned so much from the leaders at this organization and appreciate the growth opportunities within the company.

      Great learning environment Holly is an amazing manager and will not only fight tooth and nail for you but will have your best interest in mind. growth potential is there

      Cons

      It seems like you are in an ocean and in that ocean you are standing on the shore will cause you to lose motivation when you notice that your offer was way under market and new hire value

      Pros

      A lot of room to grow, flexibility to work from home (dependant on department), family environment, wonderful people and technology

      Cons

      Favoritism in management, strong focus on the CSM team but all other departments are lost. Product in specific departments needed a massive improvement but again, specific departments were told that they were going to be the focus for the quarter, but always got pushed back.
