Pros

Working in schools are fun. Great place to learn if you want to enter the education field. Part-time so could do another job.

Cons

RAS wants full-time worl from part-time staff. Nooo days off and get weird when you take a day off. Seems disjointed at times.

I am so delighted to be an employee of this excellent company. They have truly proven that their employees and students are their main concern. I have learned so much each week from the curriculum. My parents are impressed with all the things their children are experiencing in this short period of time. Thank you Right at School.

Pros

Right At School is a great company. It offers great flexibility, growth and compensation. The leaders that are put in place are their to guide you and help you grow. Everyone has a warm personality and the company is about doing and being your best. They really courage you to use your ideas and create a community not just a program.

Cons

I haven't found any cons yet. Everyone is very positive and happy to help you. It's a team environment, every win belongs to us all.
