I agree with you that Right At School is a great place for people who love working with kids and want real-life experience and training as they decide whether to pursue teaching careers. I appreciate your feedback about turnover and I want you to know we have, and continue to, take strides to improve in this area. I am excited to say that we had 100% of our Area Managers return this year. And, while our educator retention rates are far above national averages, we are focused on doing even better. Thanks for the feedback! We know that flexible scheduling is really important for our educators, many of whom are studying to be teachers, pursuing their passion for music, the arts, etc. We will keep working to do that, and to generally provide a great experience for all our employees.
