Growing company Promotes from within Supportive coworkers Fun environment Management is very good about listening to concerns from staff and takes steps to address those concerns Kids are wonderful

Cons

Hours are inconsistent, but if that works with your schedule, it's great. Finding dependable, quality subs can be a challenge.

The best reason to work right at school is its hands on experiences working with kids and you get great pay for something ull love!

Cons

There's none honestly! This is the best job I've ever had and I plan on working here again and again!

Right At School really does have a love and passion for children and wants to provide the best experiences for them in after school. They are constantly asking us for our feedback on the programs so we can continue to grow. Mission inspired and lead by example! We have strong partnerships with our schools. Great people and a fun place to work. I look forward to growing with Right At School.

Cons

Not many cons that i've experienced in my 1.5 years with the company. We do need to continue to update our curriculum so we aren't repeating themes.
