Its a great place to work if you need a last minute job and arent interested in long term growth...

Pros

Familes and students are the major draw. If you need a job quickly, you can be interviewed hired and working with children in a week (even if the background check isnt complete)

Cons

Useless training. Company places educators/ coaches in positions with children before background checks are complete!! Check the CANTS forms... most arent complete until staff has been working for almost 2 months. ABSOLUTELY no interest in reasonable compensation. Incentivizes Site Managers to send staff home early to cut costs, with very little concern for how that effects their pay. In the past 2 years have seen high turnover and it seems Central office is oblivious to the fact that administrators find that to be problematic. Raises fees but lowers pay. No room for advancement as they prefer to hire new SMs at lower rates as opposed to promoting current educators/ subs. Have seen several new hires in management (6+) none of which were previous employees. Pushes curriculum to parents but students do not enjoy. More focused on program components than what parents want. Sinking ship. Grab your life vest.

We are taking your feedback and making strides in the areas we missed with you. Training is one place where we are making major investments in an online learning system to make our training even more useful and engaging. Curriculum is another place where we are taking suggestions from our educators to offer additional options, including longer-form projects for our older students. Pros

This team is here for the right reasons: children. Everyone's ideas matter and can be used. I feel like I make a difference instead of just doing a job. i love the whole team and everyone I've met at the central office!

Cons

Haven't experienced any personally. Not really hearing coworkers have issues. I like team and schools I work with, and hours are good for me.

I love my job! Good environment & Good people!

Pros

Even though I have worked for this company for three months, my experience at Right At School is just wonderful! The children plays a huge role in why i love my job so much! I love helping them with their homework, socializing with them and playing with them. Another reason why my experience at Right At School is wonderful, is because of my co-workers. I couldn't ask for better people to work with because they feel like family to me! Having the families say how much their kid loves being at Right At School means so much to me. I am so happy that I have joined the team!

Cons

The only thing that became an issue was curriculum. Other than that, I do believe this company is headed in the right direction and hope for it to grow!
