It’s so exciting to be part of a young start-up company with a mission that you can completely buy into! As an employee with Right At School you have such an opportunity to influence the direction and growth of the company from processes, to curriculum to human resources. You feel like your input is heard and valued here. Right At School continues to learn, grow and change direction based on the feedback from their employees and teams. I love how they are not afraid to take a risk as long as they are providing quality program, the children are safe and it is mission driven.

Cons

Since the company is young they are finding their way through change which is also a positive for me.

If you want experience working with students in both a recess as well as an after school setting, this is a good place to get experience so you can put it on your resume.

Cons

There is not enough planning time for educators and recess coaches. So many of the recess sites are understaffed which compromises the safety of both the staff and the students.
