Pros

-Having lessons and engaging kids -Having a general structure -Helping make the company stronger -Company seems to be making changes for the better

Cons

-Curriculum is not good -Apparently not enough subs are hired, so going into work sick is just something that has to happen -Opportunity for growth for the employee within the company is not clear

If you are between jobs or simply looking for a few extra hours, the recess monitor position might appeal to you

Cons

Lack of supplies; many of the recess monitors were unprofessional and/or had no business working around children

-teaching experience -nice Site Directors -work at a school

Cons

-when you have to sub they cut down hours a lot -need to have a car -need to be flexible on where they place you -the schools you work at don't really help with the work area
