Pros

You are allowed to have fun, be creative, help children grow educationally and work with others who are just a positive as you are. You will always meet new people, learn new skills, grow professionally, have a sense of accomplishment after work and the ability to be a part of something bigger than yourself! Also, the pay is great!! Your not working crazy hours, they are set times as well as the same days off as the children-its not retail so your are not left working the holidays, you have the weekends off and upper management, is more than understanding about what you need as an individual as well as a professional.

Cons

There have been a lot of changes that has only changed the company for the better, so I really don't have any cons to add.

Pros

Right at School is very committed to providing a great experience for children. This is a step above traditional after-school care that provides educational enrichment and quality curriculum. The senior management team is responsive to new ideas from the directors and educators as well as the schools and parents.

Cons

Parents need to educated on the value of a quality after-school program. Many are satisfied with the current state of the programs they are in and don't realize that there are high quality options out there.

Pros

This is a young, energetic start up business that truly believes in doing what's right for children. They continue to learn, change direction as needed and are not afraid to take a risk as long as it fits inside the mission and goals of the organization. I joined this company because of the energy, the delivery of the service for families and the fact that they are committed to growing.....fast!

Cons

Not a lot of resources to get lots of work accomplished. Have to lay the foundation for the future.
