I joined ring few weeks back. I highly recommend working here with smart and passionate people. I was hired via a recruiter. The HR is very responsive to follow-up and very flexible. They scheduled my interview within 24 hours and followed up with me on the same day - within 30 minutes after I finished my interview and was driving back home. Maya (HR) led all the coordination efforts for the hiring process and even connected with me to follow-up over the weekend (as my interview was on friday) - to know how I felt and if I had any questions for them. The first day at RING was incredible - HR made sure that everything was in place and have been very professional to make sure I understood all the benefits. The interview process is in-depth (technical), and they work as team here. Teamwork is very important and the management and HR is very understanding to the individual needs - to make sure that you are productive. I definitely like the culture here - very open and transparent. Highly recommend anyone to join this fun place where they make sure that our communities are safe. Glad to be part of their mission.
