Pros

- Seamless recruiting and offer process. In-house recruiter was super communicative and provided frequent and helpful feedback throughout the interview and offer process. - Being surrounded by brilliant and hard working people who care about our product and company mission. - Independent work environment. At ring, people are treated like adults. Get your job done well, and you have a great deal of autonomy. - Minimal hierarchy. At ring, everyone is equal. It is not about your title, it is about your commitment to your work and your contribution to the company. - Growth, growth, growth! Company is growing like crazy, and with that comes a great deal of excitement and opportunity.

Cons

- Minimal oversight. Ring is not for those who need a lot of direction and oversight. Expectations are clearly communicated, but aside from that, it is largely up to the employee to make sure things get done timely and properly. - A lot to do. The company is expanding rapidly, and there is a lot of work to juggle. While some people thrive in this environment, it is not ideal for those who want to clock out at 5 each day.

Pros

-Generally speaking, the employees are what make you want to come back into work the next day. -The software and hardware are more up to date than most places I've worked.

Cons

-Told in training that managers will take escalations. This is not true. They will do everything possible not to get on the phone regardless of the situation. -You spend all your time being yelled at by the customers only to turn around to look for support from supervisors, and the get nothing from them. You're stuck with a pissed off customer and no tools to fix the situation. -Mandatory overtime and completely inconsistent scheduling. They are not an employee centered company. -There's a reason why they have a class of new hires each week: they can't hold onto their employees.
