Pros

I wish I could think of any pros but nope - not a one

Cons

Horrible management from the top down. No idea of what to do from a long term perspective and no thought given to employee morale at any point. Classic issues the come from egotistical upper management - hire friends from former companies at crazy high salaries and fire people to make your budgets. No structures in place, people fired left and right at all levels. I have never seen anything like it. Only work here if you are desperate for a job like I was.
