Pros

Salary compensation is higher than normal, but beware, expectations are super high and turnover rate is outrageous. Chance to meet exceptional type-A people.

Cons

Goals and expectations change at whims. Upper management turnover is high. Systems are underfunded and antiquated.

Pros

Talented, passionate people who care about education. Lots of growth and focused on serving public universities. Nice downtown Dallas location.

Cons

Being on the cutting edge of technology means rapid change and growth. Not the place to work if you are uncomfortable with rapid change. For some, working in Downtown Dallas isn't the best option.
