Loved working with this organization. It’s such a collaborative environment and they really shaped a lot of my professional development.

Cons

Being a highly regulated industry, scaling became difficult. The company changed drastically from when I first started (and that was expected). They have a lot of room for growth and would benefit from hiring qualified leadership while not losing their take on auto insurance while staying true to “unbreaking” the industry. It’s going to be rough as they continue to grow but with the right mindset of putting the PEOPLE first (employees and customers) they can go very far.
