Pros

Root is full of some insanely smart people, both in engineering and design. I feel fortunate to have worked with them and I look forward to staying in touch with everyone. The design team on both the product and marketing side is second to none. If you are in Columbus, I can't think of a stronger bunch of people to work with here. The design systems put in place by the team are smart, innovative, and constantly changing. My boss on the video team is the best boss I've ever had, and I'm going to miss working with him quite a bit.
