Focused leadership, clear vision and and understanding that just more hours doesn't solve a problem. Nice balance between speed and quality and the understanding that they are related.

Cons

Like any small company it takes some drive to work here.

Pros

I love working at Root. We have interesting problems every day. Everything moves so fast and the company outlook gets even better and better. My excitement only ever grows for our potential. My coworkers are passionate, smart, and driven people who I know I can count on and trust. We have fun both in and out of work. Everyone strives to make the customer's experience better. I don't know if I will ever be able to find another group of people so excited and focused on being successful.

Cons

The office is a bit cramped right now, expanding the office space sooner would have been nicer.
