      The Best Software Job in Columbus

      Pros

      * Talented and Passionate Team () - Both the engineers and business side of the house are full of brilliant individuals. * Good Engineering practices - Lots of communication between engineering and product. Engineer's voices and concerns are heard. * Growing quickly - The business is doing quite well and will soon be offering insurance in more and more of the country.

      Cons

      * Construction around the office - The downtown office seems to have been noisy ever since we moved in a few months ago. This should die down soon.

      Claims system is relatively advanced compared to older companies.

      Cons

      They really don't care about you here. Toxic work environment unless you are part of the "boys club" of management that all were buddies working together again from their prior carrier. Extremely poor communication across the company, THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOING TO MAKE IT

      At present the remote work is good.

      Cons

      Work life balance, favoritism is obvious. Claim volume is horrible. Management changes way to much.
