      Pros

      - Flexible work schedule - Remote *IF* it suits them "work from where it suits best"

      Cons

      - Leadership are impulsive, regularly change direction - Senior Execs operate in a bubble - 20%+ layoffs after the hiring spree in 2021 has seen all the fresh talent go - RSUs are worth virtually nothing Echo views shared in 'beware CMO' and 'went downhill faster than an Olympic skier'

      Good benefits and time off

      Cons

      Company fired 400 people one morning, with zero warning. Just said sorry the year was hard for us and we are laying off 20% of the workforce. They fired all senior claims and subrogation personal and keep all the new hires because the employees with the most seniority made more money and they needed to cut expenses. Meanwhile the CEO made over $500K a year during the pandemic.

      Hope You Have A Lot of Patience

      Pros

      Somewhat easy to move up depending on the circumstances. They do offer a lot of job postings. I will admit the health insurance and PTO is great. They have also been great about letting us work from home during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Very short, half hour lunch. Ridiculous, I've never had a job that gave me half an hour for lunch, even when I was a teen working retail. Micromanaging is the word here, so I hope you like your every move watched. Your schedule will get changed without warning, meetings will be added to your calendar and magically it's your fault for not coming to them even if you didn't know about them a couple hours before. The customers for this company are the worst - not the company's fault, but it grates on you after a while getting yelled at and verbally abused every single day and they don't allow you to hang up unless the caller starts being really, really aggressive. You have to have a lot of patience not to break down. They'll also ding you for attendance no matter what the reason, if the family member is injured or if you are ill they still count it against you.
