      Remote, easy work, minimal effort required

      Cons

      Zero transparency, massive lay-offs, HR does not make any effort to help (you are treated as a number not a human). Goals are not attainable, not S-M-A-R-T goal. 4 managers in 8 months, upper management cut and replaced no is on same page.

      The people - The organization did a great job recruiting some of the best in the industry. PTO Time Remote Work

      Cons

      -Don't make promises you can't keep. The entire Supervisor Team was brought on board being told that a compensation plan was coming. 7 months later no comp/bonus plan in sight. -If you don't have a solid plan on how to drive in call volume, don't ramp up staffing. -Take ownership of your mistakes and lack of communication. Do better
