I worked in production for a little over a year Top of the line horrible management! , racist, discrimination at its finest, sexual harrassment, didnt have an hr department for months until promoted the Corporate trainer to hr, if you asked to be changed positions you get fired, try and complain about management or anything to the ceo get fired,you ask for a school schedule you get fired, hard work gets you no where, employees come of break under the influence smelling like it, dont get recognized For doing good but the moment they believe your messing up their down you throat, over work you and dont pay well, bosses dating their employees, favortisim i can go on forever they dont take sexual harrassment serious.

No paid holidays, vacation time, or sick time. You get PTO that adds up to about 5 days a year and you are expected to use it if you want to get paid for holidays, being sick, vacation, or if the company decides to close for the day because it's slow. People on their phone way too much, no direction from management.
