horrible management, unfair working conditions, discrimination, racism, sexist jokes, sexual harassment, no HR department, if you speak to HR you will be fired, poor management.

No pros at all to be honest. If there was one pro to the company it would be that it was nearby.

Cons

Rude owners, lack of management, they hire unqualified people. No promotions unless you kiss managements butt and suck up to supervisors

I started at Printfly 2 years ago and have enjoyed every second of it. I first started out in the Art Department and since then I have been given the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. When other departments were expanding - Printfly first posted the job internally and took the time and effort to interview a ton of current employees. I have been given the opportunity to learn new parts of the business and new skills that I can use to advance my career - as well as make more money! Management has been super helpful making sure I was brought up to speed and comfortable in my new role too.

Cons

Work is a bit hectic. But that’s expected with a growing company. Hours can be long - but the work being done is always exciting and challenging so it really doesn’t feel like work!
