Pros

Working in air conditioning. Can be laid back depending on what type of coworkers you have.

Cons

The constant change of kpi's. If the store doesn't reach their goals your paycheck will be grabage no matter how many phones you sell individually. We have to do our own promoting on our OWN social media profiles or you get a dcf. Forced to use group me when all you wanna do is focus on your sales. I was also forced to bundle prices so the customer would easily agree to extra products or dcf. THE HUM. Hum is trash and we are constantly hounded in passive aggressive emails to sell this product at all cost regardless of the type of customers that come to your store. If a customer gets a device and that falls off the account within months they shadow remove it from the kpi board without telling you. You have to follow you invoices to even figure out what was returned. Also the choice of products you sell have limited bland choices which makes even harder to hit you accessory average. You sell a galaxy s10 and your choices for cases is clear, black, and sparkle.

Pros

It's a full time job.

Cons

Their pay is way below industry standards. The company claims to have interegity and prides themselves on customer experience but they are the bottom feeders of the cellular industry. I have no idea how they keep those doors open, people must be desperate for work but anybody worth their salt will leave soon.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate that you enjoyed the full time hours while working with us. Our pay is very competitive within the industry. We do pride our selves on the customer experience and maintain one of the highest Customer Net Promoter Scores within the industry. In regards to how we keep our doors open, in October 2018, just last month, we won Verizon's Partner of the Year Award. This is just one of numerous awards we continue to receive. If you have any ideas on how we can create a better employee experience, we would love to hear them. Thank you for the review!

Pros

Built good relationship with co-workers, and appreciate many individuals in the company, from rep to owner.

Cons

Over the last few years the company has changed drastically. It's hard to believe the owners have allowed it to deteriorate as it has. The saying used to be "have fun and make money." Most will tell you that there's not much fun anymore. When HR is contacted about situations (harassment from superior), and nothing appears to be done about it ... something is wrong. When the subject of that situation leaves company, and then the company rehires that individual ... something is wrong. When the subject of that situation has apparently had issues with other employers (a pattern of behavior) ... something is wrong. From what I've observed, from action and verbiage, they also discriminate against age. Please let me be clear, these are my opinions. Some I've experienced, what I've not experienced have been experiences reported to me from those who wouldn't lie to me. They have deducted money for missing deposits, which I can understand ... when they can prove it. But whether they can prove it, or not ... too bad, it can come out of your check. (Just beware.) If it wasn't so serious, it could be funny, how many ways they can take money out of your check. Unbelievable. Oh ... and ... Big Brother is watching. They have cameras in all the stores. They are watching. Personally, I didn't care that they were, I wasn't going to do anything wrong. It's just how it makes everyone feel ... they trust NO ONE. I could go on, but let it suffice ... there are a lot of "Cons," and not many "Pros." At one time, it was a company that had a heart for it's people. In the last couple years, the shifting in upper management has been devastating. Employees have turned into a number. Employees feel it. I believe Jeff & Kym appreciate their employees, but they've handed too much power & authority over to the next level of management, and that level, & the next, are destroying the company. When employees don't feel appreciated, & when they feel like a number, you're not going to get the desired results. It's a sad demise of a once good company.
