Pros

The pros to working at SHI is the lies and fantasies that they feed you. They are great at reeling you in with a "inclusive work culture."

Cons

Questionable Ethical Practices: SHI's commitment to ethical business practices can be questionable at times. Be prepared to grapple with moral dilemmas, as their corporate decisions lacks in integrity. Inclusive Work Culture: What they label as an "inclusive work culture" often ends up being a checkbox exercise. The company might talk the talk, but walking the walk is a different story. It's not uncommon for diversity and inclusivity to be mere buzzwords, with little substance behind them. Deceptive Promises: SHI has a knack for dishing out promises that often remain unfulfilled. The grandiose visions they sell you during the recruitment process might seem like a dream come true, but they frequently turn out to be nothing more than a mirage in the unforgiving desert of corporate reality.

Pros

Easy to get hired, they hire anyone. You can make industry connections through partner network. Good job for setting the foundation of what you deserve from an employer - every job after this one will feel so much better because you’ve seen how bad a job can truly be.

Cons

-Thai Lee (CEO) would sacrifice you without a second thought. -You’ll be told to go against your own values. -Shi makes it like they buy lunches/provide happy hours, but it is really coming from the partners. -You’ll wake up every day wanting to give up. Micromanaging frat culture is toxic. -employees don’t receive raises. (AE base pay is 40k). Instead, they introduce things like quota increases/“revenue tax” to ensure you don’t grow your income -old systems and poorly executed CRM will make even the smallest task a burden -nobody in the real world knows what Shi is, and if they do, they hate it -you have to choose between mental health and having a slightly above-average income (if you are a top performer) -they don’t trust their employees -
