Pros

Free breakfast once a week. (If you’re lucky)

Cons

I worked at the company for over two and a half years and I must say that it was a downhill slope from the start. It’s quite obvious that the CEO Thai Lee doesn’t care about her workers, only herself. A billionaire paying her workers poverty rates and continuing to take money out of our pockets with new fees daily. You can make the company a million in sales in a year and you’re lucky if you see 4% of that go to you. Pushing workers back into the office and new incentives of a remodel of our offices really gets us excited let me tell you…If they at least kept us with the two day wfh structure that is currently in place it would help us all. This places drains you mentally, it’s high stress with management setting quotas at an unrealistic rate and no signs of hitting your accelerator. I regret ever recommending my friends to work here.

Cronies, Liars and Crappy Pay!

Pros

Most of your coworkers are decent. Some Low Level DM's are excellent.

Cons

-Worst compensation plan in the industry. -Forced into signing an arbitration agreement without time for lawyer review (need this back tomorrow!) -Constant singing praises of upper management (almost like a cult) -Upper management make up numbers and goals that are clearly unrealistic and unattainable to anyone who can do basic math or read year over year sales reports -Stop the nepotism/cronie hires. It's obvious and pathetic.
