Meh. Culture on surface appears good. But it isn't.

Pros

They have beer on tap and they provide everyone with mac laptops. That's about the end of the pros list.

Cons

Constant firing of people on basically a weekly basis As an apparent tactic to keep the employees on their toes and not feeling secure in their role.

Pros

It's a small office with a bar (which could be a minus if you don't drink). There are some nice benefits, like unlimited PTO. The product is great.

Cons

The CEO micromanages everything, which leads to believe that he has no confidence in the capabilities of the people working there. This micromanagement transcends to other directors and managers in the organization. There are a number of people being promoted to people management roles, who shouldn't be placed in those positions because they possess a lack of maturity. It's also very cliquey and doesn't seem like a very professional environment to work in. Was not impressed and would not recommend working here if you are looking to work in an environment that will nurture you as an individual and provide respect.

Many Broken Promises - Disappointed

Pros

It was a great place to work until Salesforce started to ramp up, this caused a lack of focus on the core team and core business. If felt like the core business team was left out.

Cons

Salesforce coming into the picture caused many things to slip through the cracks, including people, processes, and promises. The executive team felt out of touch at times. CEO's Style is ready, shoot, aim. This has caused quite a few issues within the organization. The "People" department does not seem to have the employee's best interest as a focus.
