Pros

Some of the co workers were down to earth and nice.

Cons

Everything else was horrible. The management at my store was too busy micro-managing to realize the employees were not being given any breaks. We were being paid bare minimum wage for a job that requires a degree of technical capabilities. (Flipping burgers are Mc Donald's is guaranteed to pay more than here) When given a task that is recommended for two employees to pursue, management question why it takes only one employee more time than two to perform. Business is run on an appointment basis, most of the time rooms are over-booked or not enough rooms are booked. "Break Room" is a small closet (smaller than the restroom) it literally is the closet (management informed me that the break room was built to be a closet) Customer Service Representatives are forced to solicit the business by walking around outside with a vest, and are encouraged to take as much of the equipment (gun) outside to the public and risk being identified as a potential shooter/terrorist. (This persisted even after being threated to have fines written up for soliciting the business to shoppers at the mall) At the end, after COVID hit, I was called by some new HR or management person, and told to sign a form that intended my employment to be "on hold" until COVID was over, some time later, the store had opened back for business and I was not called back for my job (I was let go and no one told me otherwise) Even after I spoke with HR, they informed me my position with the company existed and they would update me (they never did) The whole company is a joke, they run on Chinese work standards, so expect: no breaks, minimum pay, and disrespect. Good luck on your position with the company.

Pros

Working here exposed me to some of the coolest people I've ever met. I've never had such a great crew of people to work with before this, and never will again. Enjoyed every minute of it, and still talk to lots of them to this day. Sometimes it was fun to watch people play the game I guess.

Cons

The second they hired new people to upper management in late 2019 it all went downhill. They pretend to care about you, but leave you hanging for months. They're quick to replace people who have been established in their role for months, in some cases, YEARS and will fire them and replace them with their friends, or hand picked choices. When COVID hit in March 2020, we heard NOTHING for so many months. Then they hire some random HR guy to lay off everyone in California without any notice... of course with exemption to their hand picked managers in their flagship stores in the bay area.

Pros

Really fun place to work! Great to be able to help people and have them leave the store with a big smile on their face.

Cons

You will get less then 20 hours per week as a normal worker. This company only cares about it's profits and not providing support for it's employee's, they are only concerned on how much profit they are making. Can be very stressful to work here, especially when there isn't enough employees during the day to handle the amount of people that can arrive.
