Pros

A very good learning experience. The team is very supportive; you never have to feel like you have to solve something on your own. Though it can occasionally be a bit demanding, you can always find help to get things done. Within my role in particular. Also, the fact that some things have to be delivered on the same day has turned out to be positive since in past jobs it was very stressing to work on the same task for days or even weeks on-end. Here you get your little dopamine boost for completing something on the same day, which is a nice complement to tasks that might require a bit more of time. Also, the company overall is clearly making efforts to retain talent. I also appreciate being able to work 100% remotely here in Mexico. Also so far I have been able to benefit from the unlimited PTO that all field engineers enjoy.

Cons

Workload can increase a bit at times and oftentimes some things are expected to be delivered on the same day they are requested.

As a Bootcamp Trainer here in the philippines(dumaguete city) i can say project management provides the tasks on time which to be worked on for the trainees and make money out of it , it helps and changed some other persons lives.

Cons

We do alot of things from google sheets for attendance ,updates and checking the trainees tasks for errors to ensure the quality and face every trainee if there are some bugs and errors in the platform . wondering as years goes by our salary keeps going down by the time the company hired contractors for finance and other positions for the bootcamp. we came to think at the point that its not already fair for the tasks we do as a trainer . Higher ops from the company maybe should spare a time to check if its managed well . overall i had a great experience in the company.
